Mathijs Vissers (born 1989, The Netherlands) is a Dutch artist who works with both traditional and digital media.
His recent body of work builds on confronting themes, reflecting issues facing the modern human. The paintings can best be described as a dynamic tangle, vibrant and absurd.
Following a career as a self-employed digital illustrator and visual designer, Mathijs has branched out into traditional painting to express his views on various contemporary issues.
